Work from home. Working with incredible people. Work life balance is the best of any role I’ve ever had and you can NOT beat the unlimited pto. Upper management does not micro manage but is accessible, involved and invested in your career path.

Cons

Onboarding from home can be a little challenging but they find ways to support you and make it work.
