      Pros

      - Remote work still possible; return to office only mandated 2 days per week if applicable. - Unlimited PTO (easily approved and without any guilt if used properly). - Excellent health benefits and a wide range of additional perks (education assistance and more). - Great people and fosters an environment that prioritizes work/life balance. - Great reputation and quality of work - makes client interactions positive and lets you really feel like a trusted partner.

      Cons

      - Annual performance process changes at an absurdly frequent rate; a lot of time/effort is required, only for the compensation changes to be minimal at best in most cases. - The company is so large it's hard to know/feel at an individual level where/whether your skills are noticed enough to be transferred into new projects if changes are needed.
