      After it was acquired by Publicis Groupe, benefits have been getting reduced over time.

      Company drifting towards anarchy

      Pros

      1 day free food. Good door to door pick up and drop. Good office interiors, furniture (wish I could say the same for my ex colleagues too).

      Cons

      Layoffs !! Too many layoffs happening across the org. Old age tech stack, non supporting collegues with few exceptions! Lots of internal politics. Zero growth if you are not in friends books of the Sr directos. Stay away from this company. Lower than avg salary across the org.
