      Pros

      Cafeteria and Gym with showers in the building. They have several development teams therefore lots of smart developers to interact with and learn from.

      Cons

      In my opinion having an employee that reports to someone in the org chart but in reality reports to a different manager all the time depending on the team she is working on is a little confusing and overhead that could be used to staff teams better. Small company culture very embedded in some upper managers.

      Pros

      Great room for growth. You will never be bored. If you are hardworking and willing to learn, there are virtually no limits to what you can learn.

      Cons

      The expectations for IT employees are FAR too high. With an outrageous Server to Admin ratio of almost 800:1 the amount of work is almost unattainable for the Admins that we have.

      Very good people and culture. The culture is very relaxed and collaborative. Definitely a great place to work in!

      Cons

      There aren't too many cons in this company. I would ask about the turn over rate during your interview.
