Pros

Great people. Great location (if you're in San Francisco). Decent Benefits. Decent Salary

Cons

This job can be a stepping stone, and possible a long term. Only downside is increasing in salary and lack of more challenging opportunities. Opportunities to grow and learn more. Incentives and perks to attract more talent.

Pros

A fast paced place to get some agency experience and work with some smart, dynamic minds. It's a very successful company that looks great on a resume, and gives you potential access to big clients and big data.

Cons

Low pay scale and not a lot of process. There is a huge pressure from the clients, which if not mitigated by the account team, can easily ripple back through the layers of the company and cause buckling among the ranks. Some account teams seem better equipped to handle this than others.
