      Pros

      Its a good growing company with a variety of clients. The work culture is good here, and the commute is not too bad from where I live.

      Cons

      I do not think the salaries are very competitive when compared to the rest of the industry or similar companies within the industry

      lack of processes, need to hire more people, unrealistic expectations

      Growing company with a lot of opportunities

      Pros

      Ive enjoyed my past 2 years at Epsilon, Ive been able to work on many different projects and really expand my skill-set. Epsilon is definitely a growing company so i only see it getting better in terms of career growth.

      Cons

      heath benefits could be a little better, however 401K matching and the amount of paid vacation days make up for that
