      Opportunity (learn skills, get experiences, promotion) Market Leader - great clients, positive results Strong client service focus (pro side) - we over deliver to clients and most appreciate it Financially focused (pro side) - conservative and results focused, makes company financially healthy Good people - talented, focused, working towards common goals

      Work/Life balance is an issue Growing stresses the current teams to take on more until new resources come up to speed Benefits are not competitive - costs high and healthcare is not great Strong client service focus (con side) - you must be flexible to meet demands and make sacrifices Financially focused (con side) - many approvals to justify spending of money

      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility, they pay well, it is right off Rt. 128, there is a gym and nice cafeteria in the building.

      Cons

      There is no professional growth plan, no clear communication from mid-level management, no learning of new skills. Most of the day is spent putting out fires. There are some known unprofessional managers who remain and grow in this company because they are personal friends of the next level managers.
