Pros

Smart people with good data

Cons

Not very strategic in looking at markets and opportunity. If they think it's a good opportunity, they go. Need to do more research on what makes a market tick and how.

Pros

Solid accounts people within the agency (used to be called purple@epsilon) and lots of opportunity to sell your ideas, depending on the account.

Cons

> Way behind the technology curve. > Managers on the creative side are in over their heads. > The smoke and mirrors only covers up so much. They aren't as "full service" as they try to sell. > Strategy people do a great job ... of torpedoing every new business pitch possible. It's like they're falling over themselves to fail.
