      Working environment getting worst day by day

      Pros

      Shift allowance, Free cab in shifts, Snacks for night shift employees.

      Cons

      Shift allowance is very low. Please raise it a bit. Nothing available in cafeteria during weekends which cause many problems to those employees who come on saturday and sunday.

      office building is very good. work from home

      Cons

      QA work is not there as Development work is not there No Process defined. CMMI Level 0 its a production support and monitoring work. Outdated technologies used.
