Pros

There is the opportunity to work on large or small projects. Depending on your manager or group your experience can be a positive one.

Cons

Experiences at Epsilon is a mixed bag all dependent on who you immediate supervisors and what accounts you work on. Employees are isolated on their accounts and in their cubicles. Recognition is none existent. 60 hour weeks are expected but the salary doesn't reflect this level of commitment. All decisions are based on margins for the parent company's stock holders. As quoted from our supervisors, "we are a financially tight company". Nothing is invested back into the employees. Benefits are sub par. This years we have 8 holidays off. The 15 days of vacation cannot be carried over to the following year.

Pros

Opportunity to work with variety of new and interesting software and hardware Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly Wide variety of clients from different business backgrounds gives you ability to learn about different marketing strategies Flexible hours if necessary

Cons

Salary is not competitive with similar jobs at other companies Bonuses were once plentiful, but are now long gone Merit increases are insulting at best and seem to be based more on who you know than the quantity and quality of work you perform Work/Life balance is atrocious and unpaid overtime is expected Proper job training is non existent and usually consists of "Here's a book, good luck!" Management has the tendency to make unrealistic promises to clients and place blame on the operators when they cannot deliver Client/money always come first, very little support Benefits are ridiculously expensive and the coverage is awful
