Pros

This is a good place to grow your skills to a senior level.

Cons

If already senior level you cannot grow much here. Also, the company keeps taking benefits away from you and really does not seem to care that it is doing it.

Pros

The name is well recognized by future employers. Work with world class brands. Not much else to say that is good.

Cons

Extreme turnover! The entire account mgt team turned over while I was there. Every week 2 or 3 new people left. The company has an impressive list of clients but even their list of clients has diminished quickly after the Double Click acquisition. The Senior Management team has plenty of negative issues as well. Make sure you cover a job description with them from A to Z... They misrepresent roles often which cause a lot of internal frustration. The environment is filled with people who realize what a mistake they made joining Epsilon, misery does love company. At least you'll make some new friends.

Pros

Decent pay for performance. The people I worked with were great.

Cons

The best reasons left the building when Hellman & Friedman sold Abacus (where I worked) to Epsilon. Health benefits went downhill, Epsilon made us essentially reapply for jobs, sabbatical went away, outsourced HR means you're just a number. Most everyone I worked with has now left and found other jobs including myself.
