      Pros

      If you work on the tech side, you can get paid for wandering the halls gossiping with management or yelling at your coworkers at the top of your lungs without punishment. The business teams and marketing teams are great however.

      Cons

      Too many of the good old boys that don't understand professional corporate behavior. Poor benefits. PTO will not carryover starting in 2010. 5% paycut across the board.

      Pros

      There are lot of hard working people here. I love their drive.

      Cons

      Upper management (VP and above) is fairly clueless and unethical. I might remove a few from this statement (i.e. Bryan Kennedy). The relationship managers run the show which includes the technical show (which they haven't a clue about). They should NEVER be allowed to do that. Epsilon keeps hiring non-American employees. That is just wrong in so many ways as this is a marketing company mostly to the Americas.
