Industry is changing and we are seeing a lot of merging which is scary for job security

Pros

Good benefits, unlimited vaca time, they make you feel part of the overall company from day one

Cons

I enjoyed my time there, and was sorry to leave, but poor management on a new team motivated me to switch companies. Overall, with a good manager, it's a solid company and great place to work.
