Good office infra Free food once a week Quarterly team outing

Cons

They are doing layoffs as they are struggling US team do most of the good work, India is just operational or daily routine, You have work for 14-16 hrs always on-call including dev teams Salaries are bad. They will pay you when join after that almost no increment Promos are limited

Epsilon is a part of Publicis Groupe, which gives you access to the largest advertising group in the world. Epsilon is an employee friendly company that provides you with a lot of benefits and ample leaves. The office infrastructure is also great and easily accessible. Management is pretty open and supportive.
