Pros

There are many areas of the company that provide ample opportunities for employees to grow and learn new skills. Collaboration is very high and most people are willing to help out a coworker by spending time explaining nuances of the business.

Cons

Business climate can be tough especially in lean years, with leadership always looking at the bottom line and not always planning for the future.
