Good facilities like cab, wfh. Good during joining but as time goes you will regret your decision of joining.

Cons

Employees are not considered good asset and will make things worst at times. Promotions are totally not based on ur skills. Even the higher mgmt is not transparent to employees and can face tough time if believe in your skill and don't know buttering.
