Pros

Good pay and benefits. Some really good management. flexible hours/time if you can manage high pressure and even higher expectations.

Cons

poor communication, demeaning conference calls, out of touch leadership. negative meetings. All about sales and not about consulting or building lasting relationships. only "what did you sell" today? No real training, no marketing or advertising information given to help support clients.

Pros

Great benefits, flexible time off, good people. Respect for personal life and flexibility. I feel like my manager has a sincere desire to help me grow in my career, and I believe the company is trying hard to offer benefits that really matter most. I feel like they care about my happiness and success, and if I'm not enjoying my job they'll work to move me to a place where I'm happy. Granted, I've shown commitment and I work hard. If you prove you're valuable, they want to do what it takes to keep you.

Cons

Seems there's an inconsistent view of the company from the employees, based on the Glassdoor reviews. I've had a very positive experience, but it seems that it can entirely depend on the position, location, and manager. A Business Systems Analyst on one client team may be having the time of their life, while someone in the same position on another client team may be counting the days until they're done.
