Pros

It’s a job I guess?

Cons

Leadership is comprised of people who are well known in the industry as “business killers”. Racing to the bottom. A delivery skill set focused on cuts doesn’t understand front end is what makes money. Tons of boys club harassment while senior mgmt literally does nothing for massive salaries and stock, recent use of senior female leaders as decoys with “awards” PR to make the public think there aren’t discriminatory legal issues occurring. Toxic, soul sucking “culture” that starts and ends with the plastic CPO. Lost all focus on customers and then all the good employees left.

Pros

Good compensation. If it wasn't for the paycheck, I would have walked out day 1. New offices, equipment, kitchens, etc. Free coffee, often free meals or snacks, standard stuff.

Cons

This is where people go who fail to the middle. Complacency everywhere, everyone is basically just doing what they can to not get noticed and go home early. Some Managers (Can't speak for all) preach one thing and practice the complete opposite. When hired, I was told my role would be to change the way that the department runs, then when I attempted to do things differently, was told, "That's not how we do things here." Agile - what a joke. This place is as agile as someone still writing a check at the grocery store. I spend at least 7 hours per week in SCRUM meetings that accomplish nothing aside from watching the manager or PM move incomplete items to the next iteration because they didn't complete them in the current one. This is all done so that they can show their bosses a 100% completion rate instead of actually doing their jobs. It's frustrating, to say the least. Horrible IT, takes WAY too long to even respond to a ticket, much less complete. Prepare to wait for days for any request, no matter how urgent. Need your MS Word updated? Better wait a couple of days. Need your time zone updated on your cpu when traveling? Better put in a ticket and wait a few days.

Pros

The only pro for Epsilon/Ryan Partnership is a lot of good people still waste their talents in the Wilton office.

Cons

Everything. I believe it was once a good place to begin a career and learn the industry but that time is long gone. They really are a prehistoric marketing agency that hasn’t learned the digital space at all. The compensation is laughable, advancement is non existent, and the list of clients are a joke. Once Nestle leaves the Wilton branch will close.
