      Epsilon is worth a look

      Pros

      Big, growing company, growth sector and have a strong parent company with ADS. Both are very dominant in their industry, lots of great businesses within Epsilon that provide a ton of value to their clients. They also compensate fairly, which says a lot.

      Cons

      Very matrix-driven and Epsilon is in continuous acquisition mode, never really know who your next leadership will be or if they will need your specific skills.

      Pros

      I enjoy the type of work; it is challenging, I work on a great team, and have an exceptional manager.

      Cons

      Lots of jobs going overseas (India) for a cheaper work force to boost ROI, with the results of teams and clients suffering (lower quality and extended turn around times).
