      "Great place, Great Management, Flexible"

      Pros

      Job is really flexible, at least in the database technology area. The best part is the great people I work with every day. My manager understands that life happens, and is very accommodating.

      Cons

      It's a big company, so sometimes it's hard to see quite how I'll grow in the company. I feel the growth and advancement may be just a tad slow for my liking.

      Great Company, slow advancement

      Pros

      Laid back dress code, flexible work from home abilities, open work environment, lots of little perks

      Cons

      Long hours are norm, promotes people who are not management material, turn over is high, pushing a LOT of work to off shore
