- If you like to relax and work, then this is the place - Encourages 50-50 concept where women are given equal opportunities to work

Cons

- Management is not proactive. Doesn't take concerns and harassments seriously - Not sure if its the team, but had some team members hiding things from other developers so that they would be in trouble
