Pros

The culture is pretty easy going. At least in engineering. Work is not too stressful, but can be. You get the opportunity to own projects early on. Technology used is relevant and great for a resume. Remote work. No layoffs. Company is doing well. Nice office.

Cons

Pay is below market rate. It is difficult to get straight answers from HR and management regarding compensation. Internal recognition system is weak and lacks any real value. Raises feel impersonal and computer generated. “Unlimited time off” policy feels like it actually results in people taking less time off because of its ambiguity. You can probably be compensated significantly more somewhere else using the same tools and solving problems of a similar difficulty.
