Pros

Epson is an excellent corporate organization that prides itself on culture and company values, with ample opportunity for current and potential employees to provide real value in moving the organization forward. Colleagues are all great to work with (the best thing with Epson, by far, are the people that work here), there's a brand new corporate HQ for the region in Southern California, and the organization has a respectable environmental sustainability vision as well. Great vacation accrual for tenured employees, and good company benefits/perks in general.

Cons

Epson is an old school corporate organization, so there's a lot of moving parts internally. Not necessarily red tape or bureaucracy, but as a whole the company tends adapt to organizational needs in a slightly slower manner. New projects and growth require new resources in a timely fashion. Starting pay averages below market.

Pros

Great job and people. The managers and below Promote team work and a positive work environment. The lead with knowledge and a can do attitude.

Cons

The upper management belittles and yells at mid level management in front of employees. The managers/supervisors are so stressed and scared of upper management it’s feeds all the way down to even the newest employees.
