Limited room for growth. HR is not about developing and taking care of employees but only protecting Epson legally. Many business decisions based on personal political agendas. It is unclear who really owns certain areas of the business since there is so much overlap in roles. Processes are not clearly defined in some areas leading to confusion and massive inefficiency.

It's a perfect example of a corporation so do not expect: change, nice executives, good treatment as a human (after all you would be one more slave), honest and helpful co-workers (the ones that have lasted many years know the tricks and how to set traps). Depending on the department for which you work, the vacation times cannot be used all the time. Hourly employees cannot always claim for legally earned over-time.
