      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly and always willing to help. The company provides a brand-new laptop on your first day. Employees can choose between an iPhone or a Samsung phone, or opt to use their own device with a monthly reimbursement.

      Cons

      The job offer amount is fixed and not open to negotiation. Many upper managements have been with the company for decades and often adhere to traditional methods of operation. Additionally, longer hours may be required due to unexpected requests or issues. 10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick days for the first 5 yrs.
