The culture is top notch and leads and supervisors are ok and not slave drivers. Once if hired it is a stable company to work for and does offer full benefits that are useful.

Cons

The chance of being hired pretty much. Some competition among departments which is not necessary of getting company goals accomplished. The pay is not competitive.

Very nice people and company yo work with. Lots of employees with long tenure. Very good benefits.

Cons

Lack of sustained focus from management. In the low end of pay range for full time positions. Hard to change thinking from 90,s style of work.
