Pros
The people are great and the company is doing well. It's sable and in a great building/location in Long Beach.
Cons
Too much outsourcing and not enough looking at in-house employees to get work done and generate ideas and campaigns. The company tends to hire consultants in nearly every area of business for expertise, which shouldn't be the norm. In-house managers and directors should be looked to more often for idea generation and execution of processes, policies, etc.
