I learned a lot while working at Epson. It is a fun place to work with different people inside the production line area. The company offers benefits to regular employees. The canteen is clean. They’re strict about following SOP and wearing uniforms.

Cons

The problem is the attitude of your coworkers.

Able to test your skill due to old tech.

Cons

Skill not recognize by superior, discipline and abide superior instruction is 1st prority. Lots of Japanese documentation.
