Pros

Good team-level peers, decent tech stack in engineering, and reasonable healthcare benefits.

Cons

The Senior Leadership Team has shown a complete lack of empathy and awareness with recent work-from-home policy changes. Arbitrary return-to-office requirements add unnecessary commute hours, cost, and stress while offering zero benefit for productivity or collaboration. Quality of life has taken a noticeable hit, and leadership seems dismissive of the impact on morale.
