      Great people, good company culture, good 401k match, unlimited sick leaves

      Cons

      Expensive Health insurance, no HSA matching. Most leaders have retired leading to a power vacuum, loads of board level politics leading to whole departments being laid off out of the blue.

      I have been there long enough to have a lot of vacation.

      Too much work, stress is awful. Corporate makes all of the money. With all of my experience, the pay should be a lot more. They do not care.
