      Pros

      Great people and customers! Pay and benefits on par with market. Poor leadership & ever changing priorities.

      Cons

      Future TBD...The culture and company have been on a downward slide for the past 2-3 years, even before the data breach. There has been a mass exodus of talent. No clear direction or vision for the future of the company...all talking points and buzzwords...no clear action. The next 2-3 years are going to be a challenge, and hope the organization can turn it around. Just check the stock price.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 4 years. 3 and a half years of which were spent in the better part of the company.

      Cons

      Currently working in the operations team and it is a hot mess. Management does not care about the staff, they are tyrants dressed up as managers who only care about how the senior leaders see them. If they need to throw the hard working people on the floor, they will do so with absolute joy. If you get to work here, do your research, your life can go from enjoyable to pure misery. There is also a lot of racial and gender biases in this company.
