Pros

Well established company. Generous compensation and good benefits. Treated well as an individual. Lots of programs and groups available. Global

Cons

A bit paranoid on the security front, that does make performing your job more difficult than it should be. Things easily get lost in the hierarchy of management and communication could be better up the chain.

Pros

High quality level of product and process in Dublin. Also, great culture and talented teams across all roles. Caring managers.

Cons

No interest in investing in the Dublin office by the US management. Several teams had all engineers below the SDM (team lead) level made redundant, meaning all junior, intermediate and a few senior engineers. There were a few waves of massive lay-offs in the last years which decimated the Dublin office.
