- With good team and manager comes good work life balance - Use of latest technologies and moving to cloud - Rapid transformation of work culture - Cross team communication is improving

Cons

- 3+2/2 (3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH and 2 weeks of WFH per year) is ok Many would prefer better flexibility as per team convenience, there is no point in coming to team if the team is global. - Cross team communication should be improved. - Many teams still don't follow AGILE model, though organization is forcing towards AGILE.
