Pros

New tech stacks, cloud native, learn something new.

Cons

Micro-management. Has to work fully 8h a day. (The manager kind of randomly check your login and logout time) Can’t work from home even when you are sick.

Pros

Descent premise... probably just because premise is located in Capitalland.

Cons

You will get harassed, humiliated, tortured daily. People here verbally abuse. Management does not care about what happens. They have forget and fire sort of a model. Reporting issues would get you in trouble. If you are yes man and can manage to sit in corner concentrating on self as some of the architects here without much worrying about your duties and responsibilities this is the best place to work for some of you.
