Pros

Nice HQ location in St. Louis, conveniently located. Good, hardworking co-workers. Overal good culture, but was much better several years ago before was acquired by Equifax.

Cons

Difficult to get a promotion, especially if do not live at the HQ (St. Louis). Fair amount of office politics.. if you are not a favorite, very hard to be considered for any promotion. Employee communication needs to improve.

Pros

The pay is comparable. Ability to work from home. Good work life balance.

Cons

The pay increases are divided among staff by needs improvement (no pay increase), meets expectations and exceeds expectations. X number of people have to fit into each category regardless of their true performance. For example everyone on the team cannot fit into meets expectations. Health benefits are pretty costly. A lot of favoritism.
