Pros

Remote work (if you were remote pre-Covid) is nice. Work/life balance is good but I have heard this is dependent on department.

Cons

Feels like constant ‘organizational restructuring’ which amounts to people being let go. It is typically just a few here or there so never catches attention with big numbers. The only explanation ever given ‘restructuring’. Company policies in handbook are more like guidelines.
