Pros

After 5 minutes of strenuous thinking, I still couldn't come up with a single pro

Cons

1. The managerial post has been assigned to a incompetent and inconsiderate donkey of a person who doesn't realise the concept of work-life balance. 2. The company doesn't believe in incentivising the employees in any manner whatsoever, rather on the contrary, they do cost cutting at ends of basic necessities such as food supplies etc. 3. The minimum requirement of 9 working hours can be extended at the behest of the manager without any extra remuneration or consolation. 4. The company as a whole is understaffed which imposes unbearable pressure on the software developers. 5. The stocks allocated as part of the CTC are non-existent and hypothetical. When asked about the same, it is conveniently ignored by management.
