Pros
've been lucky to work in senior technology positions at a top-tier bank for some time in both the US and UK so that's my point of comparison. Equilend has the same quality of people, better infrastructure, comparable benefits, hybrid working and a far more dynamic atmosphere. The company is just big enough to have the corporate support to get things done right and to invest for the long term, but just small enough that an individual makes a difference and decisions can be made quickly. It's a great place to work. I had an excellent recruitment and onboarding process - with the inquiry to offer process being less than a month including the scheduling/interview/negotiation process. The recruitment and HR team were a pleasure to deal with and all communications and scheduling were extremely efficient. The team kept me well informed throughout the onboarding process and I was up and running with everything I needed including full mobile and remote access on my first day, which was impressive.
Cons
No real downsides for me although the lack of a full remote option may be a challenge for some.
