It's a pretty niche industry, but there are definitely real world applications to finance and tech in general

Salary is above average and benefits are pretty standard with basic offering though the pension and bonus can be generous

Cons

Depending on the office you're based in it can be a little isolated as the offices outside of the US almost feel like satellite offices. Opportunities for progression are limited

Cons

Bureaucratic for a relatively small firm and unnecessarily so. If they were just more genuinely inclusive and more flat in management style and approach they would advance much further and more quickly making the firm an overall more enjoyable place to work.
