      Equilend to Stonewain Systems

      Pros

      Initially everyone was very helpful. Equilend folks are very nice and approachable.

      Cons

      I was working for Equilend, but I was a BA on the Stonewain Systems, Initially the manager was very nice to me, then eventually. I was getting teams messages and emails after hours and on weekends. When I needed help, nobody would be there to assist then the expectation was for me to learn Security Lending and Spire after hours and on weekends. The environment is very toxic here specially if you are on the Stonewain side of things. The manager works till 2am and on weekends, and he doesn't have a life, he expects you to be plugged in at all times, he does not care if you have a family, or are on vacation. The expectation is to take laptop with you, so they can reach you. They need to change as a business organization.

      Stonewain Systems, Chandigarh

      Pros

      Chandigarh is the best place to work . No traffic issues . No pollution issues. Descent salary and quality life , much better than Bangalore or Noida.

      Cons

      Working hours are flexible but , sitting of 8-9 hours is must.

      Strong market position with opportunity for impact

      Pros

      EquiLend is a leader in the Securities Lending space which brings a good amount of job security and reach for your work. The company is focused on scalability, being in the financial space usually means lots of red tape and less innovation but the size and being a fintech means that we have lots of room for innovation and getting ideas to market quickly. With the growth of the company, there are now lots of opportunities for impact both internally and externally for clients and the industry. There are regular get-togethers such as summer and winter events and diveristy is celebrated across the business.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any, I am enjoying my time with EquiLend!
