      Decent pay and flexibility, but frequent layoffs loom

      Pros

      Decent pay, decent income stock, flexible work arrangements, good benefits, good managers, generally good cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      Layoffs are an annual practice, and it is unlikely you can find a position internally before you are let go, as the interview process generally takes a couple of months, even for internal hires. Depending on your position, if you work with teams across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM), you won't have the best work-life balance since your meeting times mostly favors US, or the majority.

      Pros

      Working with cross-functional teams on projects to help push new enhancements to our customers. It is very team oriented and good office culture. Ability to wfh or at another office to change things up.

      At times, management style can feel overly hands-on, which may limit autonomy
