      The cafe has excellent food. Office located in a nice place.

      The whole culture is bad, Engineering manager orders employees to work but don’t pay them as it should be. Over time working is often.

      It is business that makes money for its stock holders

      Cons

      Really poor leadership. Can’t even qualify as managers. Ego is inversely proportional to their actual lack of management skills. NO People of Color in management. Managers personally insult employees without reluctance or any fear of consequences.
