Where to begin?!! - Pay is very good, but the stock and bonus are impressive! - CEO felt the company was working hard, said "lets take a couple extra company days off". Wow! - Leadership (starting with CEO) truly wants the best for their people and customers - not just lip service! - Family comes first - work/life is wonderful - Employees love Equinix and they work hard - some very bright AND caring people! - Option to work fully remote from anywhere - Good global connection with Teams

- Employee break area ran out of my favorite flavored water one day 😉 - I got nothing....

Stable hours. Ticket based system can have more down time on shift.

Cons

There’s lots of clear nepotism in the company and department. Your boss is also your Hr. They will cover stuff up so they don’t look bad. No real accountability or development
