      Pros

      Great team all around. Flexible with schedule, flexible with work location. Travel opportunities, great pay/benefits, and management.

      Cons

      They have a high churn due to employment sectors where there are more companies that pay a higher rate. But you can't compete with Amazon/Microsoft/Facebook/Google etc. on every level.

      Pros

      The culture is real vs. contrived - team members live it everyday. Work life balance is reinforced. Innovating in our space unlike any other competitor.

      Cons

      Shifting of the organizational structure can be painful at times but that is to be expected. Communication from top down could be better but it is actively being improved.

      Pros

      Excellent bonus plan! Work/ life flexibility, highly inspirational environment that motivates you to be your best. Company pays your select charities for hours spent volunteering outside of work. Highly collaborative and positive culture.

      Cons

      Benefits should be more competitive. Even though parental leave is enhancing in 2018, it still is not competitive enough to attract top notch millennial talent from companies like Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google that offer 100% paid parental leave for at least 4 months. Need better cafeteria option in HQ. The food is not that great for the price.
