      If you are competitive and keen to succeed like me, then this company is for you. You will see your salary grow pro rata of your performance. Wonderful.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, being a key performer, sometimes is not enough. We have to accept that companies at some point may need to hire cheaper employees elsewhere to make more profit. Is it a problem? Not really as I will grow and make more profits myself with another employer and this is how we should all move on.
