If you are still seeking hands-on training, be sure to speak directly with your manager, as employees in New York have quite a few training opportunities available to them, in a classroom setting, conducted by Global Operations, and/or online through the Equinix Learning Exchange (ELE). We strongly encourage you to own your own career and bring any requests for work-related certifications to management. We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with your experience in the Marketing organization. We try to make time with team members from all levels, sometimes through informal gatherings (e.g. celebrating team birthdays every month, and “drinks and mingles” when leadership is in town), and other times through more formal all-hands meetings, roundtables, and cross-functional initiative work with participation from managers and individual contributors. We encourage you to participate in these events.
