      Pros

      Great working culture revolving around, openness, personal and team growth, constant improving works and positivity. There's a great emphasis on work-life balance, which is truly embraced and exercised among colleagues and bosses.

      Cons

      There is huge pool of resources but as with all modern company, it requires time and effort to sieve through and take time to digest and make sense. It takes self discipline to digest and make sense of all the material. Although the material may be outdated once you've finished reading. Due to the pace of work, it is challenging to gather the team together for group discussions. Although the team generally is very supportive should you need 1-on-1 help (upon asking).
