      Was once a great company to work in...

      Pros

      - Everyone loves the stocks, look at EQIX, the growth is just significant every year. - Little perks in the office, snacks, food, drinks - The technology itself is unique and not so easy to be cloned by competitors - Cool looking offices and data centers

      Cons

      - The marketing organisation is very heavy at the top senior level, many directors and not much managers or specialists. People just talk the talk and walk the walk, things keep at a high level and never get executed well. - People just stay in the company for the sake of the stocks. Just for the money. And laid off is not a norm here. Lots of redundancy resources. - Management promoted/hired the wrong people, which bring in a lot of conflicts and unfavourable culture in the team.

As the marketing organization has experienced a tremendous amount of growth as of late (8% in our second quarter alone), it continues to ensure that the right resources and roles are allocated properly across the organization.

      Great Culture, Experience and a lot of Fun!

      Fast paced (you won't get bored). Interesting projects Global company and leader in the industry Smart people. Lots of parties and events!

      Cons

      Feels a bit chaotic at times. Sometimes you have to do a lot of work in a short time. Nothing else
