      Cons

      Politics is a bit much ... Too often, people are allowed to work in silos and alienate other teams ... HR and IT leaders often do not foster collaboration and flexibility with other teams.

      Equinix is a fast paced environment where folks work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      Internal Processes can by cumbersome, but the relationships you create with folks across the company can help overcome that.

      Being at the right place at the right time!

      Pros

      I followed an old manager, not really thinking about what the company did, it was more a close commute that worked for my part time hours. How lucky did I get, from I walked in I realized this culture of continuing success was right where I wanted to be. Did I mention I lucked out Since Equinix most recently was named on the Forbes list of Fastest Growing Tech Companies, the Deloitte Technology Fast500 and the InformationWeek 500 list of top US technology innovators. Equinix was also added to the NASDAQ-100 Index, which is composed of the 100 largest non-financial stocks listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market based on market capitalization. Did I mention I laugh everyday at work!
