Leader in one of the best industry to work in Open and positive work culture Motivating and caring leadership Lots of interesting projects to work on Compensation is good, especially the RSU share plan Genuine protection of work-life balance

Cons

Promotion can be slow. Teams are loyal and turnover is low Team often is spread out globally or working remotely = lots of Zoom and difficulties to accomodate schedules
